It's a small world afterall

We finally had enough courage to make friends with another family while swimming at the pool. The irony is that we have traveled about 11,000 miles to befriend a family that lived less than 3 miles away from us in Concord. Both of us are new arrivals to Singapore, and both families left homes in Concord to begin this new adventure. Incredible! 

Had a tour of the city today. Absolutely beautiful. The boys were thrilled to spend five and a half hours in the back of a car. Mom was even more thrilled to be the third occupant in the back with them. We knew it was time to call it a day when Jacob was intently trying to color his arm blue with a colored pencil, and Andrew was on his 12th rendition of the Transformers theme song (with Jacob correcting the lyrics).
